Privacy and your listening

Infinite FM sends your topic and the conversation context to DeepSeek to write your show. Hosted narration sends generated text to the voice provider you select: DeepInfra, Google, or ElevenLabs. Google narration may also send its generated audio for caption timing.

Accounts and payments

Supabase stores accounts, free-session limits, and listening credits. Dodo Payments handles checkout. We keep order and credit records so payments, refunds, and usage can be reconciled. Those operational records are separate from optional usage measurement.

Optional usage measurement

In Settings, you can choose to share events such as a show starting, audio beginning, the credit prompt appearing, and checkout starting. The default is off. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Turning it off stops further collection and clears this browser’s measurement session.

Events contain a random show identifier, a protected account or free-session identifier, an event time, and simple campaign labels when present. They contain no topic, transcript, email address, recording, or payment details. Identifiers are pseudonymous; they are not a promise that records cannot be linked. Measurement is stored in our Supabase database, with a 30-day retention limit. Payment records are the source of payment truth; browser events can only help diagnose the listening experience.

Stored on this device

Your account session, appearance choice, and optional measurement preference stay in browser storage. A show saved for checkout may include its topic and transcript in session storage. An optional ElevenLabs key entered in Settings stays in that browser session. When pay-first checkout is enabled, credits initially belong to a temporary browser account. Google sign-in can save them to a permanent account. During that change, this tab temporarily retains its guest account session so a failed link can be recovered; it clears the backup after a successful link. Closing this tab or clearing browser data before saving a permanent account can remove access to guest credits. Local voice downloads cache model files on this device.

Owner signup and critical-event alerts are a separate operational feature. When enabled, signup alerts include the account ID, email address, and verification status, sent only to the configured owner.
